We provide a variety of license options from single-use projects to departmental or corporate-wide adoption or, if required, use across a local partnership.

To make procurement quick and simple, UK public sector organisations can order INOVEM Consult from the Government’s G-Cloud framework call-off arrangement.

How secure is my data?

Very. The company and our operations are independently audited and certified to ISO 27001, the international standard for information security management. The service is regularly tested by CHECK security experts and all our staff are required to pass a BS7858 background check.

We’re 100% GDPR compliant, registered under the UK Data Protection Act and have appointed a board-level data protection officer.

Where will my data be hosted?

All of our cloud-based services are securely hosted in the UK. Data is encrypted at rest and backed-up to a separate hosting provider within the UK.

Does the service comply with web accessibility standards?

The service is accessible to the Web Content Accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1) Level AA, the US Section 508 standard, EU regulations and is compliant with BS 8878.

To access the service, staff and stakeholders only need to use a modern web browser on an internet connected device. No software downloads are required.

How long does it take to get started?

Following a formal order and your kick-off meeting we will quickly make your consultation software available for use. We will coordinate with you to  arrange a time slot when all relevant client staff can attend a training workshop. If diaries align, plan for 1 to 2 weeks and then you can start building your first online consultations.
